Information and purpose

We request company, country, email, preferred products, quantity, lining and sourcing requirements. Name and WhatsApp are optional. We use these details to review and respond to your enquiry, discuss quotations or samples, and maintain the related business conversation. This form does not subscribe you to a marketing list or create an order or payment.

Service providers and storage

This page uses Cloudflare for hosting, security challenges and request protection, and the existing Supabase enquiry database for storage. Your enquiry is processed through these providers and may be processed outside your country. Campaign parameters and the referring website origin may be recorded to understand the source of your request. A server-side keyed hash of the connection address is used for request limits; the enquiry record does not contain the raw connection address. Hosting providers may separately process network data under their policies.

Before submission, a draft may be kept in this tab's session storage to avoid losing your entries after a reload. Drafts older than eight hours are discarded when the page next loads. Contact consent is not restored from an unsent draft. An email recovery link can open a draft in your own email app; nothing is emailed automatically.

A pending request is kept in this tab's session storage while its save result is uncertain, so you can retry the same request without changing its identifier. It is removed on confirmed success or confirmed rejection. Closing the tab normally ends this session. If saving remains uncertain, do not start a new request; contact our team.

Retention and your choices

Records are kept for handling enquiries and related business administration. No automatic deletion schedule is currently enabled. Contact sales@lanibolu.com to request access, correction, deletion or an end to contact. Requests are reviewed by our team; records needed for an ongoing transaction or other applicable obligations may need to be retained.
